Our 1,400 sq ft main floor with high ceilings and a stage. Great for parties, showers, markets, workshops, screenings and performances.

Downstairs Studio

$30/hr every day

A creative studio for workshops, makers, artists and small gatherings of up to 15.

  • Use of our tools, like the heat press and Cricut
  • Restrooms and Wi-Fi

Materials aren't included. It's a shared space, so other people's things stay untouched, and we go over the details on your tour. Down a flight of stairs, not ADA accessible.

Good to know before you book
  • Free 20-minute tour. Required for most events, and it's where we walk you through the space.
  • Book from 30 minutes up to 14 hours. 8 hours or more gets 20% off the room.
  • Include setup and cleanup time in your booking.
  • 50% deposit holds your date. It's non-refundable, but you can reschedule with at least 30 days' notice.
  • $60 cleaning fee, waived if you clean up and take your trash out.
  • Public events need event insurance.
  • No sticky dots, tape or tacky adhesives on walls or furniture.
  • Music volume is set with our staff. There are apartments upstairs, so late-night volume stays low. Large or amplified sound systems need a certified audio engineer.
