Cancellation Policy
Our 3rd Space is an inclusive, smoke‑free venue with zero tolerance for hate, violence, or unapproved open flames. Event hosts must secure the proper permits for food and drink served to the public, maintain cleanliness, keep sound levels at approved levels, and pay a 20% deposit plus the remaining balance two weeks before the event (card, Zelle, cash, or check accepted). Cancellations made at least 60 days out receive full credit of the deposit; payments after the two‑week mark become non‑refundable but may be applied to a future date. By booking, you agree that we may share public‑event photos for promotion, and any policy violations can trigger fines or immediate event shutdown.
