Cancellation Policy

(Applies to all event bookings with Our 3rd Space and affiliated programs) By booking an event at Our 3rd Space, the booking party (“Host”) agrees to the following terms: HOST RESPONSIBILITY • The Host is fully responsible for their event unless the event is explicitly identified in writing as a collaboration or Our 3rd Space–hosted event. • Our 3rd Space is not responsible for promotion, marketing, attendance, ticket sales, or event success for non-hosted events. • Use of the space does not imply endorsement, co-hosting, or shared responsibility. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS • A deposit is required to secure a booking. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • Bookings may be canceled at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a credit only. • Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for refund or credit. • Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be applied to a future booking only. TICKETS • Our 3rd Space sells tickets only for events we host or explicitly approved collaborations. • We do not sell tickets for third-party–hosted events and are not responsible for tickets purchased elsewhere. SPACE USE, SAFETY & LIABILITY • Use of the space is voluntary and at the Host’s and attendees’ own risk. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our 3rd Space is not responsible for injury, illness, or personal property loss. • Minors must be supervised at all times and may not independently use or rent space or equipment. BUILDING RULES • No smoking or vaping indoors. • No open flames of any kind. • Only service animals and verified ESAs are permitted; untrained pets will be asked to leave. MEDIA • Events may be photographed or recorded for documentation or promotion. • Hosts and attendees may request not to be individually featured. Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Full policies apply and control in all cases.
